Where Does Waag Bag Product Ship?

How Much Is Shipping?

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. US standard shipping is about $5.99 and you can expect your order in 4-8 business days.

Do You Ship To Alaska, Hawaii Or Puerto Rico?

Yes! Please allow extra time for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Your order will arrive in 7-12 business days with standard shipping..

When Will My Order Ship?

Basically, you order, we process, then ship. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order once it is placed. Please note that any orders placed Friday past 1:30 through the weekend will be processed the following Monday and shipped out on Tuesday.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1:30pm ET are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.  It’s on the way!

I Placed An Order But Had The Wrong Address. How Can I Edit My Shipping Address?

Please reach out to us at@waagbag@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to edit your shipping address before your order hits our warehouse!  We can only try to edit orders with standard ground shipping. We won’t be able to change expedited orders.

How Do I Place A Return Or Exchange?

We want you to love your product as much as we do. If you have any questions or are not satisfied with your product, feel free to reach out to us at waagbag@gmail.com and we will help. 

Unfortunately we are a small company so we do not accept returns at this time. 

If you should be approved a refund, the customer (you) is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product.

When Is My Credit Card Charged?

Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept most major credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as debit cards. We also accept payments via Paypal and Apple Pay for US customers.

How Can I Update My Order?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed - you can’t make any edits to it. Please email us at waagbag@gmail.comand we can try to make changes to your order if it has not yet been processed.

How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?

Sign into your account and click orders. You should be able to see tracking numbers for each order that has shipped. If you need additional information you can also email us atwaagbag@gmail.com
